Hi, I’m Eben

I am business coach with a lot of experience in knowing what works and what doesn’t. Through my own career I have developed the hard earned lessons of what it takes to build a successful business and what it means to lead a high functioning team. For 30 years I have been taking deep dives into the worlds of business, psychology, and spirituality.

Organicity, a being’s natural movement towards wholeness, is an intrinsic element of the universe. Whether it’s a business or personal context, individual counseling or executive coaching, there is gold to be found. The journey is one of reclamation.

Through presence and thoughtful action, we can hold and move with the challenges of inhabiting our business, our roles, and ourselves in whatever endeavors we choose.

Inhabitation is difficult. Inhabiting your role as a business owner, a manager, a technician, an executive, on top of your many roles in your personal life, is a lot and there’s a lot that can get in the way.

You can’t will yourself into inhabitation — you have to identify and work with what’s in the way. At it’s root, when our skills, intentions and values are aligned, inhabitation is a natural state. And with inhabitation comes flow.

Interested in working with me?

Whether you are interested in executive or business coaching, or something else, the process of getting started is easy.

  • Contact me and let me know a little about yourself and/or your business. We will set up a free 30 minute meeting where we can get to know each other a little better.

  • If you like what I have written on my website, that is a good sign. And ultimately, the number one criteria of success for any coaching relationship is the trust that is created between you and your coach. The 30 minute introductory meeting is a good place to start.

  • It all depends. Many times once we address one issue/topic, new landscapes open up that are possible to explore together.

  • Most of my sessions are online via Zoom. However, I do in person sessions for those located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sessions are 60 minutes long, unless we agree to longer before the session. In the sessions, we work with what is going on in the moment as the first doorway. And there assignments to review from the EastFarm Coaching Program. And depending on the session, I may introduce different tools such as mindfulness practices and somatic awareness. There are also many business tools to introduce. Every session is different, but there’s always a sturdy thread that carries us from session to session. It is business therapy where all business is personal.
